Ray named as Band Festival Grand Marshal
|

The North Iowa Band Festival announced that a longtime community member would be the grand marshal of the 2010 parade. Bob Ray hosts a big band radio show every Saturday night and has been very active in the community and in Band Festival. Ray says he was shocked by the announcement.Ray will lead the 72nd annual Band Festival Parade. This year’s theme is “Rockin’ River City”.
